This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Lőrinc Pap, the developer of the POTUSTossand BrackTrack mobile application (the "App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the App.
- License Grant. The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on any mobile device that you own or control.
- Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any portion of it without the express written consent of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Ownership. The App and all intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and other proprietary rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the developer.
- Disclaimer of Warranties. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that the App will meet your requirements.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the developer be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the use of the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
- Changes to the Agreement. The developer reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
- Subscription. The use of the App requires a valid subscription, which is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time using the settings in your iTunes or Google account.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement, including the subscription terms, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
